What we collect

When you join the waitlist: email address, which size you're interested in, language, time, and which ad/campaign you came from (UTM parameters).

When you reserve: the same, plus payment details processed by Stripe. We never see your card number.

When you answer the survey on the thank-you page: your answers, linked to your email address.

Anonymous usage statistics (page views, clicks) without cookies via Plausible.

Why

To send you launch updates, handle and if needed refund your reservation, and to understand whether there is enough demand to put the product into production.

The legal basis is consent (waitlist, marketing measurement) and contract (reservation).

Who processes the data

Supabase (database, EU region), Stripe (payments), Plausible (anonymous statistics, EU) and Vercel (hosting).

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) only receives data if you accept cookies in the banner. Meta Pixel and the Conversions API are then used to measure our ads.

For how long

Waitlist data is deleted no later than 12 months after the validation period ends, or when you ask us to.

Reservation data is kept while the reservation is active, and afterwards for as long as Norwegian accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion at any time by emailing hei@athosluggage.com. We reply within 30 days.

You have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.no) if you believe we handle your personal data incorrectly.
